Olivia Sofia Nygren (born 17 February 1998) is a Swedish singer and songwriter. She competed in Svensksong 1 with the song "Systrar".
Life and careerEdit
Nygren was born on 17 February 1998 in Uppsala. Her father, Alexander, works as an economics professor at Uppsala University, while her mother, Nicola, is a gynecologist. She grew up with three older sisters.
Nygren graduated from compulsory schooling in 2014, and began attending a music school in Stockholm. She will graduate from music school in 2017. She first began writing songs when she was eight years old.
In 2016, Nygren was confirmed to be taking part in Svensksong 1, with the song "Systrar". She performed the song in the fourth semi-final, and was eliminated, placing sixth.
